The highly versatile Sabina II is really three lifts in one and designed to meet a variety of patient needs. Exchangeable slingbars allow you to accessorize with innovative vest slings. These vests are designed to aid those who need a little extra support or for those with poor function requiring a stable transfer. The Sabina II can be used as a sit-to-stand lift, a lifting aid, or as a traditional patient lift. The gentle, effective movement of the Sabina II provides comfort and security to the patient during daily transfers.
What Makes This Different
Diversity in lifting is made possible with an option of two slingbars: the 350-slingbar and the Comfort slingbar. The 350 slingbar can accommodate two slings: the Liko SupportVest and the Liko SafetyVest. The SupportVest assists in getting the user to a standing position by gently supporting the back and under the arms. Using the lift in this manner is best for those who need initial help, but can stand steadily on their own or for those wishing to add strength and improve circulation. The SafetyVest is designed for those requiring stability throughout the entire lifting process. The Comfort slingbar uses the Liko ComfortVest, uniquely designed to help the frail or weak patient to an upright position without experiencing pressure under the arms.
Why We Like It
Greater safety and comfort of the patient is achieved when using the right slingbar and sling for the right level of function. The Sabina II lift is the result of years of in-depth study and includes such features as comfortable handles, three adjustable lifting heights, lower-leg support with height and depth adjustments, inventive side supports, and the color coding of sizes on the lift to help match the correct accessories. Safety features built into the lift include an emergency stop, safety latches on the slingbar, a mechanical emergency lowering function and lockable wheels on the base.
What You Need to Know
The Sabina II does not include a slingbar. When choosing your options, please choose the slingbar that will suit your lifting needs. It is important to select the right type of vest and slingbar for the intended use of the lift. Some assembly will be required.
