What Makes It Different
The Drive Viper Plus GT is the most adjustable lightweight wheelchair available at one standard low price. The adjustable seat rail extensions easily adjusts the seat depth from 16" to 18" and comes standard on all chairs up to a 20" seat width. In addition to an easy-to-adjust seat depth, you also get 2 quick release axle positions allowing you to set the seat height at either 17.5” (for shorter users or those who propel with their feet) or 19.5” (for average to taller height adults).
Why We Like It
The comfort adjustments on the Viper Plus GT and light weight are the main appeal for the wheelchair. Being able to adjust the seat depth from 16” to 18” allows the chair to be adaptable to multiple users or varying seating preferences. Very few wheelchairs and even fewer lightweight wheelchairs offer an angle adjustable backrest. The Viper Plus GT’s backrest can be adjusted from 5º to 20º.
